Criteria:

Recipient shall have a minimum GPA of 3.0. First preference given to student majoring in Optometry. Second preference shall be given to student in the Health Professions field.

Dr. David attended Chadron State College prior to attending a college of optometry. He practiced in Chadron for quite a few years, and was well-known for his work in civic affairs. He died in late life and this memorial was provided in his honor by his wife.
